Knology Sports ScholarsParticipation Contract & Story Concept Proposal

Each submission requires the completion of the participation found at the bottom of this page. The television packages can be done by a single student or team of students and must be completed within six weeks from acceptance of the story concept proposal. Exceptions to this deadline will be made due to school testing schedules. By participating in this project, you are eligible to be nominated by your TV production teacher for the Knology Sports Scholars Correspondent of the Year Scholarship, a $2,000 award.

All submissions require approval from the TV production teacher/advisor. The completed and signed contract & story concept proposal must be submitted to Dave Cook via one of the following methods.
